Kinder Learning Box (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our website, courses, and pre-recorded video lessons.

1. Information Collection & Purpose

A. Personal Data: We collect names, email addresses, and billing details for account management and transaction fulfillment via our encrypted third-party gateways.

B. Child Privacy: We are a "Parent-Gated" platform and do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Any child-specific info must be provided by a guardian and is encrypted by us for security.

2. Video & Audio Neutrality

Our "Privacy by Design" approach ensures that all lessons are unidirectional (pre-recorded). Our platform does not have the technical capability to access your device’s camera or microphone. Users never appear in any of our video content.

Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Kinder Learning Box platform.

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license for 365 days to:

  • Stream and View: All pre-recorded video lessons (Strictly online access).
  • Download and Print: Accompanying worksheets and PDF resources for personal or classroom use.

2. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy

All content remains our exclusive property. You may not:

  • No Video Downloads: Use software to capture, screen-record, or download any video content.
  • Prohibited Sharing: Share downloaded PDF materials or login credentials with individuals outside your household/organization.

Violations will result in immediate, non-refundable account termination by us.

3. Payments and Refund Policy

Final Sale: Because our products consist of immediate-access digital content and downloadable PDFs, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions (Genuine Cases): Refunds are only considered for:

  • Duplicate Payments: Accidental double-charges due to system error.
  • Technical Failure: Verified defects preventing access that our team cannot resolve within 7 business days.

Refunds are NOT issued for change of mind or lack of usage.
